Team Overview#
A team is a collection of members, which can be understood as a group. You can organize members with different responsibilities or projects into teams for managing channels, assign notifications, schedules, and service calendars.Team Management#
Team Search#
All teams are displayed by default, with an option to show only 'my' teams
Supports fuzzy search by team name, member search is not supported
Create and Edit#
Team quantity limit: Currently unlimited
Number of users that can be added to a team: Currently unlimited
A member can belong to multiple teams
You can modify the name, description, and members of existing teams
When modifying team members, please ensure the member actually belongs to the team
Delete Team#
Before deletion, please confirm if there are any channels, escalation rules, or other associated items with this team
After deletion, other associated paths will become invalid immediately and cannot be recovered, please proceed with caution
Member Management#
Invitation Methods#
The console only supports email invitations, with the username defaulting to the email prefix, which can be modified in account settings after activation
You can send invitations through Open API, which supports phone invitations The system will send SMS or email to invited colleagues, with a daily invitation limit of 200 people and a maximum of 10 people per invitation
Additionally, you can contact the organization administrator to configure SSO, where new member accounts are created automatically upon login
After sending an invitation, the account will be activated upon the recipient's login. Unactivated accounts cannot receive alert notifications
Inviting Members#
For email invitations, invited members will receive a notification email with a direct login verification link
For SMS invitations, invited members will receive an SMS notification
Invited members can log in using the verification method used in the invitation (email or phone)
Role Changes#
Account administrators can change member roles
Members can downgrade their own roles but cannot upgrade them
Delete Members#
Member deletion is irreversible, please proceed with caution
When a member is deleted, their data will not be deleted
